1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, we will immediately issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Please include a clear photograph or brief video showing the issue or damage so our quality control team can fast-track your request.

The Best Part: There is no need to go through the hassle of returning the item to us. Once your claim is validated, you can keep or dispose of the original item.
2. Lost in Transit / Non-Delivery
If your package is lost during shipping or tracking explicitly confirms a delivery failure, we will issue a full refund or dispatch a new order to you immediately.
3. What is Not Covered
To keep our prices competitive, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for the following:

Cosmetic Packaging Damage: If the outer cardboard box or shipping packaging is dented or damaged during transit, but the product inside works perfectly, it is not eligible for a refund.

Buyer’s Remorse / Changed Mind: Because we process and dispatch orders immediately through our automated fulfillment network, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.
